We are seeking four motivated individuals to join a renowned government organization’s call centre. In this role, you’ll deliver top-notch service to customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
The Role:
- Start Date: ASAP, 29th October
- Duration: 7-week initial assignment ( 9th Dec end )
- Pay: $27 per hour + 8% holiday pay, paid weekly
- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (1-hour break)
About You:
- Previous customer service experience is ideal, but we welcome applicants from various backgrounds, including call centres, hospitality, retail, and university students.
- Thrives in a challenging and vibrant environment.
- Must hold valid working rights in New Zealand (working visa, residency, or citizenship).
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring positive and high-quality interactions.
- Answer inbound calls from students across New Zealand, addressing their inquiries in a timely manner.
- Engage in strong, effective conversations with customers, showing genuine interest in resolving their issues.
- Interact with customers via email, webchat, and telephone.
Requirements:
- Must have long-term work rights in New Zealand.
- A clear criminal history is essential.
