Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- Customer Assistance: Address client inquiries from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing effective solutions and advice.
- Client Onboarding: Ensure a smooth transition and optimal understanding for new clients.
- Order Management: Accurately prepare and ship client orders.
- Exceptional Client Experience: Ensure each client receives clear, professional, and outstanding service.
- Technical Issue Management: Handle tickets related to connectivity problems and system updates.
- Continuous Improvement: Update procedures and lead initiatives for process improvements.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, create PowerPoint presentations, and organize events.
- Leadership Development: Focus on managing client tickets initially and gradually develop a leadership role by implementing procedures and leading projects.
Qualifications
The qualities sought for a good Customer Service Representative are:
- Customer Service Experience and Bilingualism.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of Zoho Desk, CRM, and Books.
- Motivation and Team Spirit with excellent communication skills.
- Autonomy, Sense of Responsibility, and mastery of spelling and grammar.
- Passion for Helping People and desire for professional growth, with the potential for promotion to a Customer Service Manager role.
- Resourcefulness and Ability to Learn Quickly.
- Comfort with Technology and commitment to personal growth.
