Possibility of teleworking 1 day per week following training

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
Be responsible for the entry of service calls nationally;
Carry out the necessary diagnostics and/or evaluations related to parts and after-sales service in conjunction with technicians and representatives;
Address customer issues to determine the nature and cause of problems;
Advise suppliers, customers and company employees of warranty and return policies;
Access price and customer databases to ensure efficient service;
Participate in training sessions and new equipment launches.
Qualifications
Qualifications are:
Bilingualism (French and English), oral and written; (as customers are located across Canada and do not all speak French)
Mechanical, electromechanical and electrical aptitude (an asset);
Good communication and customer service skills over the phone;
Good organizational skills, both in terms of work methods and time management;
General computer skills (Microsoft Office suite);
