My client has dedicated their work to create each and every one of its products with only the finest precious metal and stringent quality control techniques to ensure consistency in their products.

This is a permanent full time position
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm, Saturday 9am - 2pm ( Rostered )
Hourly rate: $26.85 +super per hour + overtime / penalties
You will be responsible for but not limited to :
Deliver quotes and process orders
Coordinate with production to organise and ensure on time delivery
Process, monitor and maintain trade stock
Invoicing to customer, ensuring it reflects contents accurately
Prepare products for dispatch
Processing credits and returns
Rostered reception duties- to create a positive and professional workplace and impression at all times
The Ideal candidate should demonstrate:
Professional and confident telephone manner
Demonstrated customer focus
Demonstrated meticulous attention to detail
Ability to visually differentiate fine detail on rings
Computer literacy
Willingness to learn with a positive attitude
Be solutions focused - while being respectful, collaborative and adaptable
