your tasks
- telephone and e-mail contact with business customers in EnglishÂ
- registration of orders, coordination and planning of deliveries
- monitoring and tracking orders to ensure timely delivery
- handling complaints
- supporting the business customer: suggesting alternatives and providing adviceÂ
- ensuring that deliveries are made on time and seeking solutions to any delays or failures
- participating in process improvements and automations
what we expect
- previous experience in Customer Service / Order Management will be a plus
- advanced knowledge of Polish and Finnish or Danish
- communicative knowledge English (min. B2)
- proactive attitude with ability to quickly adapt to new situations
- problem solving mindset
- willingness to work with customers and building long-term relations
- customer focus and effective communication skills
- holistic approach (understanding end-to-end customer service process)
