Job description
Ensure the delivery of a quality experience on each and every transaction;
Ensure that all reviews are recognized, recorded, confirmed and solved effectively;
Supply high-quality service in accordance with given processes and procedures;
Consistently utilize scripts, Knowledge Center tools and Hot News according to call center and client procedures.
Requirements
Croatian native/ advanced level;
English intermediate level;
Availability to work from the office in Cluj;
Previous experience in customer services;

Applications
Benefits package: motivating base salary
Signing Bonus: 1000 Euro Gross (paid in the first 3 months-> 500/250/250)
Performance Bonus: after 3 months is up to 150 Euro Gross, over 12 months up to 200 Euro Gross, After 24 Months up to 250 Euro Gross
Accommodation: 6 months (3 months in our accommodations + 3 months of rent allowance of 500 Euro Gross x month)
