- Develop and sustain relationships with clients and key company personnel through social media and/or email communication.
- Perform regular client reviews to ensure their needs are addressed and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Address and resolve any concerns or disputes raised by clients.
- Work with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage and provide solutions for client claim issues.
- Conduct workshops on the company system for clients.
- Prepare daily reports on customer issues and agent Q&A sessions.
