Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at every client interaction
- Customer claim submissions, billing, and follow ups
- Booking appointments as necessary
- Providing remarkable client experience through valuable conversations
- Handling insurance products and sales after successful completion of OTL certification
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service or sales experience
- Willing to obtain OTL license within 6 month probationary period
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve
