Randstad is partnering with a leading provider in the healthcare diagnostics industry, renowned for their commitment to excellence in patient care and innovative solutions. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their Brisbane based team.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play an integral part in delivering outstanding support within a healthcare environment. Working alongside a high performing team, you’ll handle a variety of customer interactions, from processing orders to liaising with medical professionals and logistics providers. Your role will require a blend of exceptional communication skills, healthcare industry knowledge, and a proactive approach to resolving issues and streamlining processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process domestic and export orders while ensuring timely communication with customers regarding order status, back orders, and product issues.
- Respond promptly to product inquiries, quotations, returns, and complaints, maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Liaise with logistics providers, warehouses, and third-party couriers to ensure seamless operations.
- Utilise healthcare EDI portals and systems to manage customer data and order work flows.
- Assist with scheduling telehealth consults, handling inbound calls, and managing customer accounts.
- Contribute to process improvements and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
