Our client is growing insurance company is seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join our call center team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our policyholders, handling a wide range of inquiries, claims, and administrative tasks.

- Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service to address inbound inquiries and requests
- Leverage your IIQE 1 and IIQE 2 licenses to offer expert guidance on insurance products, policies, and coverage
- Process policy changes, renewals, and other administrative tasks without the need for shift work
- Collaborate cross-functionally with claims and underwriting teams to resolve customer issues promptly
- Maintain detailed records and documentation to support effective case management and reporting
skills & experiences required.
- IIQE 1 and IIQE 2 licenses required
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience in the insurance industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficient in using various software applications and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
