Job Opportunity: Customer Service Positions (6-Month Contract)
Various Locations: North Melbourne Suburbs / Onsite
Contract Duration: Up to 6 Months( Full time and Part time opportunities)
Pay Rate: $33 - $36 per hour + super

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to local residents and clients.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Manage administrative tasks, including data entry and document management.
- Assist with various council-related inquiries and services.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous Council Experience: Essential for understanding the unique requirements of local government operations.
- Customer Service Experience: Demonstrated ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
- Call Center Experience: Proven experience in managing high-volume calls and providing solutions.
- Administrative Experience: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing administrative duties.
Must be double vaccinated and willing to get a police check upon securing the role
