your tasks
- answer in-coming calls to the customer service phoneline
- address inquiries referencing the scripted responses according to training
- document all calls according to customer service policy and procedures
- oversee order fulfillment for all orders originating in EMEA
- provide inside sales support to field sales staff and members of the commercial teams when needed
- professional customer service in accordance with the principles of GDPR and implementation of the company's mission in everyday work
what we expect
- bachelor’s degree in modern languages or another field related to the essential duties of the position
- ability to communicate effectively with the English language (min. C1 level)
- fluency in French or Italian languages (min. C1 level)
- 3 years of customer service experience in a global company
- proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite
- empathetic attitude, understanding of drivers of customer satisfaction, ability to work in a fast paced environment and stressful situations, superior technical communication skills
