Position Overview: As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in handling international freight operations. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registering jobs and processing documentation with precision.
- Assisting customers and overseas agents with inquiries and support.
- Managing bookings and coordinating shipments to meet customer requirements.
- Tracking shipments and providing timely updates to customers.
- Handling job costing and invoicing tasks accurately.
- Collaborating effectively with other departments to achieve shared objectives.
What We're Looking For:
- No prior industry experience required – we welcome enthusiastic beginners!
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective time management skills and ability to work under deadlines.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a sense of humour and a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with Cargowise (CW1/EDI) is a plus, though not essential.
