Join our team as a Customer service Field Agent in North Lanarkshire/ South Lanarkshire ! As Customer Service Field Agent you will be travelling in your own car upto 40 miles radius and visiting specific homes and You'll encourage residents to participate in a key survey for the Office for National Statistics (ONS), directly impacting government policies and shaping the government.
What We Offer
- Pay and Benefits 12.40 per hour, plus 45p per mile for travel. You will also receive meal vouchers 5 for shifts over 5 hours, 10 for shifts over 10 hours, as well as maternity paternity leave and paid holidays
- Working Hours - 45 hours per week, with flexibility between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm Monday to Friday, and potential weekend work
- Contract - 3 months, with the possibility of extension
- Flexible Working Ideal for students, carers, or anyone needing flexible hours to suit their lifestyle
What You'll Need:
- UK driving license, own car, and business car insurance
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient in using laptops and smartphones, with a recent DBS check- If not already obtained, must be willing to complete one through us
