• Oracle Expertise: You have essential experience with Oracle, including both viewing and processing functions, as well as design bill of material structuring.

What Will Your Typical Day Look Like?

• Sales and Aftermarket Reporting: You'll create and share sales and aftermarket reports with the sales leadership team.
• Customer Account Management: Manage customer accounts within Oracle, ensuring accurate data entry and smooth account operations.
• Customer Enquiries: Respond promptly to customer enquiries, creating quotations, inputting orders, and tracking them through to dispatch.
• Follow-Up Communications: Regularly follow up with customers to check the status of their enquiries and orders.
• Aftermarket Spares Listings: Develop and maintain spares listings for both existing and new customers.
• Collaborative Strategy Development: Work closely with the customer service and account management teams to devise strategies aimed at increasing aftermarket sales revenue.
• Sales Administration Support: Provide support to other sales administration functions during holiday periods, which may include occasional bank holiday working hours (with time off in lieu).
