- Respond to incoming client calls and provide customer support and/or technical assistance.
- Respond to team emails and also provide customer support and/or technical assistance.
- Analyze, process, and follow up on routine requests.
- Adhere to deadlines, company policies, and standards when fulfilling operational requests.
- Ensure the quality of data in the database.
- Provide occasional expertise to resolve issues related to the management of the real estate portfolio.
Qualifications
- Relevant customer service experience.
- Diploma in an appropriate administrative discipline.
- Bilingual in French and English (essential).
