the role
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and accurate information.
- Issue SO Billing, Sales Invoice & Unbilled SO for all assigned accounts.
- Assist in checking and arrangement of stocks.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide administrative support to the customer service and sales teams as needed.
the experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
