Position: Customer Service and After Sales Support Agent
Hours : Monday to Friday, 8h00-18h00
Salary: 45 to 55k per year
Location: On-site, ideally located within walking distance of Marché Central

Responsibilities
Service call management: Plan and coordinate service calls as soon as they are received.
Technician dispatch: Organize interventions according to customer proximity.
Intervention follow-up: Follow-up with technicians after each intervention.
Message management: Respond to messages left overnight.
Schedule optimization: Maintain and optimize the technician's appointment calendar and roadmap.
Workload forecasting: Evaluate daily and weekly workload.
Administrative management: Perform administrative tasks related to invoicing and updating customer files.
Document verification : Compare service timesheets and purchase orders with maintenance schedule.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Exceptional command of French and English (bilingualism)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in telephone customer service and after-sales service.
- Geographical knowledge of the service area or ability to read maps.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry or telemetry (asset).
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt, learn and demonstrate curiosity.
- Analytical skills are beneficial but not mandatory.
- Decision-making, initiative and proactive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and resourcefulness in decision-making.
- Autonomy, initiative and sense of responsibility.
- Strong ability to work as part of a team.
- Thoroughness, commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
- Strong sense of customer service and irreproachable professional ethics.
