We are looking for an experienced customer service representative with a charismatic personality and interest in technology to join a high functioning team as a customer service representative in the Mississauga Area.
In this customer service role, you'll be able to develop and maintain long-term business relationship between the company, Integrators, System Partners and End-user Customers. You will also work collaboratively with the Sales and customer service team to determine service sales strategies for individual customer accounts.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
-Effectively present aftermarket products and services to new and existing customers.
-Identify potential new accounts, customers, contacts and new market opportunities.
-Review purchase orders for accuracy, authorization, and supporting documentation.
-Verify customer and order information against previously obtained information for accuracy.
-Monitor quotes, sales, and project statuses to track aftermarket sales performance and on-going project activities.
-Forecast aftermarket sales volumes and assist in strategic planning activities.
-Understand and follow safety regulations and identify safety concerns.
-Support the Finance department with processing payments.
Qualifications
Necessities:
-Valid Drivers License and Passport.
-Personal vehicle, as travelling may be required.
-Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in
mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
-French bilingualism is not required, but it is an asset.
-Experience with, or knowledge of SAP or Salesforce is an asset.
