Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication, personalized service, and a genuine commitment to their satisfaction.
Identify and seize opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services, exceeding sales targets while enhancing the customer experience.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring solutions are tailored to meet their unique needs.
Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings and industry trends to effectively advise and assist customers.
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and share insights that drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer service and sales role, preferably within a high-profile or fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients effectively.
A customer-centric approach with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities.
Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant software tools.
Fully bilingual in English and French
