Responsibilities
Contact provided leads and establish strong initial connections.
Answer customer inquiries and understand their needs.
Provide detailed and customized quotes.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring top-tier service.
Coordinate with different branches, including those in the U.S.
Follow up on customer files and manage priorities efficiently.
Qualifications
✔️ Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service and/or sales.
✔️ Bilingual: Excellent communication skills in French & English, both spoken and written. Some clients may be English speakers only.
✔️ Autonomous: You take initiative and manage your work independently.
✔️ Organized: Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
✔️ Thrives Under Pressure: You perform well in a fast-paced environment.
