What we're looking for:
A passionate and fluent Portuguese and English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and comfortable using the internet.
A genuine interest and knowledge of sports and gaming products.
The ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
A team player with a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to learn.
Adaptability and flexibility to work a dynamic schedule, including evenings, weekends, and potentially nights depending on business needs.
