As Customer Service Agent (m/f/x) you will be able to help and guide customers in their use of the products sold or supported by a global market leader in food supplements.
...Assist patients and customers in understanding and utilizing our products, resolving any technical or operational inquiries they may have;
Provide comprehensive support including offering usage guidance, facilitating orders for spare and replacement parts, managing complaints, and escalating cases when necessary to ensure client satisfaction;
Handle incoming calls and emails from clients, addressing simple inquiries, directing to local sales points, explaining medical procedures, and delivering basic technical support in accordance with provided training and established guidelines;
Proficiently manage various types of inquiries generated through inbound channels, including voice calls and emails.
Proficient in both Italian and Spanish, with fluent verbal and written communication skills;
While prior Customer Service experience is preferred, it is not mandatory;
Demonstrated capability to multitask and thrive in high-pressure environments;
Quick to grasp new concepts and dedicated to delivering diligent work.
