we are looking for Customer Service who has good financial Domain experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and requests related to their loan accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring clear, simple, and effective communication.
- Collaborate with colleagues across teams to resolve complex customer requests.
- Work in a fast-paced environment while following defined processes.
- Ensure all customer records are accurate and updated in compliance with GDPR regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Contribute to team discussions and help identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Strive to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Sociable and customer-focused with a passion for helping customers.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail to maintain accurate customer records.
- Experience working with computer systems.
- A team player with excellent collaboration skills.
Work Environment:
- Shifts between 8 AM and 10 PM, Monday to Sunday, on a 6-8 week rotation (including evening and weekend work shared among colleagues).
