Customer Service Advisor - Newcastle - Temporary, permanent after 6 months.
My Client is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their team of Customer Service Advisors, where customers are at the heart of everything they do. Is this you?

What we're looking for in our Customer Service Advisors:
- Friendly, helpful individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, while following established processes.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on keeping customer records accurate and up to date.
- Responsible and capable of managing customer information in line with GDPR guidelines.
- A team player who enjoys collaborating with others to deliver excellent service and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Driven to meet key performance indicators and contribute to the team's success.
Additional information
- Location - Newcastle (Cobalt Business Park)
- Pay Rate: Up to £17.20 PAYE | £21.96 Umbrella
- The working hours are between 8am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday - we usually work a 6-8 week shift rotation so that you can plan around shifts with plenty of notice. There is some evening and weekend work, but these shifts are shared out amongst all colleagues.
