We are currently hiring a Customer Service Administrator for a well established company in Oakville.. This role will be assisting with the management of the customer experience by providing administrative support to the Customer Service team.
The ideal candidate would be someone who comes from customer service and has knowledge of MS Office including excel. To excel in this role you must be willing to learn, problem solve and want to provide the best customer experience. A great attention to detail and knowledge of AS400 and Salesforce is an asset.

Advantages

- Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm
- $19/hr - $21/hr

Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Customer Service Manager and collaborating with other departments
- Enter new sales orders into AS400 and provide confirmations to customers
- Process credit card transactions
- Validate pricing for special promotions and credit transactions
- Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries
- Track and resolve shipment discrepancies with carriers
- Coordinate customer requirements with the operations, shipping and sales teams
- Process Return Goods Authorizations for customers
- Prepare credit notes
- Support marketing activities for the sales team across Canada
- Manage reports in Excel
- Engage with external and internal clients to get required documentation and provide status updates
- Communicate with various internal departments and support them with administrative tasks
- Other administrative tasks as requested
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Eager to learn and picks things up quickly
- Background check required
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce is an asset
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work as a team and collaborate with multiple department
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
