Responsibilities
- Supporting the Customer Service team by providing administrative support through scheduling Service Technicians and conveying that information to the teams and clients.
- Process invoices and make updates to documents for clients
- Update information in the system accordingly.
- Problem solve inquiries and situations for clients
- Investigate scenarios for clients to ensure that the right solution is found.
- Communicate with customers as required
- Provide administrative support to the teams and find efficiencies
Qualifications
- Effective communication with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle complex situations and be able to de-escalate situations
- Knowledge of Excel and past experience with a CRM software
- Past experience supporting a customer service team or being part of one
- Strong organizational and time management skills with proven ability in follow-ups.
