Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator include:
- Provide support to customers primarily via phone calls, email with some in person interaction
- Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, manage customer service email and provide timely responses
- Accurately enter customer orders received via telephone, email, website, or fax into the ERP system. Create quotes, vendor order forms, and sales history
- Communicate and answer customers' questions relating to company products, pricing and availability
- Communicate effectively with the sales team and the operations department to support the timely delivery of products and optimal customer service
- Create and maintain customer accouts, process payments
- Additional ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong active listening skills
- Problem solving and problem resolution skills while maintaining a patient, calm and understanding disposition
- Self-starter, with a willingness to take initiative
- Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Previous experience in fast food, retail or customer service is an asset
- Previous experience with Spire or other ERP software is an asset
