Key responsibilities include:
- Managing calls and emails to support and assist customer queries within a timely manner
- Supporting customers in their use of company products and services
- Handling complaints in a highly professional manner
- Ensuring quality of products and services are delivered to customers by following processes and procedures
- Proactively liaising with management and stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met
- Supporting internal teams with customer issues and escalations as and when needed
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have a minimum of 3 months experience working within a call centre environment or minimum 6 months experience in a customer service position
- Proven experience meeting targets/KPIs
- Have strong communication skills
- Have a willingness to learn
These are contract/temporary positions offering 38 hours per week (7.6 hours per day) on a rotating roster between 6am - 10pm Monday to Sunday.
Successful applicants are required to pass a criminal history check, we request that all applicants have access to 100 points of ID to ensure a criminal history check can be processed when deemed successful.
Applicants must be available to work weekends on a rotational basis.
