Responsibilities
-Develop and maintain a great business relationship with customers
-Answer technical support questions - level 1
-For our new customers, perform account setup and client database set up
-Thoroughly document customer interactions
-Establish a link between the customer and the account manager (equipment additions, new products)
-Proactively communicate with customers, manage requests, and follow up after an equipment deployment
-Take appropriate action to resolve issues effectively
-Teach customers how to use the features of AttriX products and services (customer training)
-Any other duties to support the business.
Qualifications
-Have at least 2 years of customer service experience
-Bilingual: French and English (oral and written)
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Able to manage customer expectations
-Effective in problem solving
-Ability to adapt quickly to constant change in a fast-paced environment
Resourcefulness, initiative
-Productive, self-starter, flexible, cooperative, team player and receptive to challenges
-Positive and professional attitude
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proactive, creative, and dynamic
-Knowledge of the telecommunications and/or technology environment
-Previous experience and/or knowledge of the commercial transportation industry would be an important asset
