Who you are

As a customer care employee at Kuehne Nagel Schiphol, you are eager to learn. You are also a great communicator as you will be in contact with clients. Furthermore, you are:

• Full-time available from Monday to Friday in day shifts: 10:00-18:30
• Able to communicate perfectly in English
• It would be great if you could communicate in Polish, but it is not mandatory
• Preferably available as soon as possible

What will you do

As a customer care employee at Kuehne Nagel Schiphol, you are eager to learn. You will be trained to do several tasks. Of course you will manage communication with customers. This includes responding to emails and addressing inquiries. You keep them informed about the status of their shipment. Furthermore you also have some administrative tasks:

• Processing incoming shipments and updating them in the system
• Overseeing incoming shipments and ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate
•  Maintaining customer inventory accuracy and managing stock records in the system
• Acting as a liaison between the warehouse, carriers, customs declarants, and customers to ensure seamless operations
•  Processing and resolving customer claims efficiently and accurately

Where will you work

As a customer care employee you will work at Kuehne and Nagel at Schiphol. The cargo planes land behind the company and are unloaded by the warehouse employees. They then sort the products and prepare them so that they can be delivered to the supermarkets and shops. Then it is the job of the truck drivers to bring the orders to the customers. As a customer care employee you will work in a dynamic team. Because you have a lot of contact with everyone, your day will fly by!
