For our estimated client, an international company in the tourism sector, we are looking for a custom itineraries employee.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development of charter services and special events, from planning the logistics and organizing land and on-site services to their execution and delivery.
- Coordinate with the final client and/or markets to develop and deliver a product tailored to their needs and objectives.
- Manage communication and relationships with external suppliers, internal departments, international offices, and clients of chartered services.
- Oversee procurement of services, conduct ad-hoc negotiations, and finalize contracts and agreements.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data management, pricing, and reporting.
