職務内容Job descriptionWe need an experienced manager to drive our CRM roadmap, including call center automation. We use only cloud services like Salesforce, Genesys and AWS to deliver solutions to our stakeholders in Life and General Insurance.■ Define and realize Domain Road map aligned with Customer Journey Map・ Own the Product vision with Product Leaders in Contact Center division.・ Meet the users to learn, to empathize, to collect data to understand how toalign Business Strategy with their needs.・ Draw up Product Roadmap in alignment with Business Strategy in cooperation with Product Leaders and other domains/squads.■ Validate Solutions・ Explore solutions that meet business requirements from IT viewpoint(aligned with IT Strategy) in cooperation with Tribe Architect, Development/ Test/ Operations Managers.■ Prioritize Release Contents・ For each initiative, prioritize release contents with Product Leader.■ Manage Status, Risks and Problems・ Create and update domain release reports and share status monthly including risks/ problems/ issues identification.・ Report to Category Steward and Product Official Committee.・ Work with squads to plan and execute delivery based on initiative prioritization■ Make Resource Planning・ Secure and manage resources in Product App roach Structure in cooperation with Tribe Architect, Development/ Test/ Operations Managers.■ Manage Product Budget・ Create a consumption plan and execute it based on Product Backlog list within the budget of Product Approach.■ Conduct Retrospective・ Collect lessons learned from members of Product Approach Structure and stakeholders from business department and share in Product Community.
