CVM ANALYSIS AND STRATEGY・Analye data in the CVM database on an ongoing basis and provide analysis of consumer insights, behaviours and trends to operational leaders (market head, retail, merchandising, marketing) so as to be in tune with our customers and business.Propose, initiate and deliver creative short-term and long-term action plans.・Initiate consumer research studies when necessary, providing the markets with consumer behaviour intelligience in order for retail team to draw action plan on.・Execute corporate CVM programs to create positive impact on both brand image and business・Provide analysis and support in marketing activities by using the CVM database・Support the development of marketing plans and formulation of strategies for the market and ensuring alignment with the Corporate Marketing strategies, as well as the development of retail and merchandising strategies・Manage and work within the approved Marketing/CVM budget for the markets.・Develop and execute a contact strategy for the year, including all Direct CVM initiatives (e-DMs, Gifting for VIPs etc), either through own team or through the support of the marketing team.・Gather market intelligence on competitors and consumer behaviour to ensure business strategies remains relevant at all time.CUSTOMER RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION・Understand levers of growth in customer recruitment and retention (internal and external data)・Create plans in both areas: target-setting, strategies and mechanics, execution, monitoring and improvement・Work alongside Marketing team on customer events・Feed back APAC/HQ on areas of opportunitiesCVM DATABASE AND SYSTEM MANAGEMENT・Work closely with HQ and system users on usage of the CVM system.・Communicate with HQ CVM on local CVM needs development・Work with local IT on CVM system maintenance・Review and provide continuous improve data collection methodology・Ensure data accuracy and completeness by working closely with the retail teams in the marketCOACHING AND TRAINING・Deliver regular CVM training to the retail team on data collection and usage to drive their business.・Guide and coach store CVM specialist on the effective use of CVM system and data.・Be a coach and subject matter expert to all CVM users. Ensuring consistent and proper usage of CVM information to formulate their customer/business strategies.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
・Tertiary Education.
・Minimum of 3 to 5 years of CVM management in the fashion/services or FMCG industry.
・Proven communication and presentation skills.
・Passionate about the luxury fashion/retail industry.
