CRM Strategy- Formulate and execute comprehensive CRM strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.- Identify and segment target customer groups to tailor communication and engagement strategies (eDM, national campaigns, etc.)- Enhance customer retention and ensure maximum customer engagement and satisfaction.Data management- Connect with SalesForce data to analyze and leverage the customer database.- Implement data-driven strategies to enhance customer insights and segmentation.- Strengthen the client knowledge in collaboration with the retail team to collect customers and prospects qualitative and quantitative data. Performance monitoring- Monitor the success of CRM initiatives with clear KPIs- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, customer behavior, and other relevant metrics.- Coordinate with IT to ensure seamless integration and functionality of CRM systems.Other- Budget and expenses management- Vendors management- Market research and analysis
