This role involves analyzing customer data, managing CRM initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create personalized experiences that resonate with the brand's clientele.
- Strategy Development: Design and execute CRM strategies tailored to the APAC market, aligning with the brand values and business objectives
- Data Analysis: Analyze customer data and insights to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for engagement and retention
- Campaign Management: Develop and manage targeted CRM campaigns, including email marketing, loyalty programs, and personalized communications
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement
- Reporting: Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and strategies
- Customer Experience: Enhance the overall customer journey by implementing best practices in customer engagement and feedback mechanisms
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in CRM, marketing, or customer experience roles, preferably within the luxury retail sector
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful CRM strategies and campaigns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin; with additional Asia language(s) would be an advantage
