The CRM Insights Manager will play a pivotal role in understanding and enhancing the customer experience for my client. This individual will analyze consumption patterns, segment customer data, and personalize email marketing campaigns. Additionally, the CRM Insights Manager will oversee the CRM software (Salesforce) and manage data to ensure accurate and effective use. The ideal candidate will also engage in high-end events and outreach activities, providing VIP treatment to the most valued clients. This position reports directly to the Marketing Director.
Customer Insights & Analysis:
- Analyze customer consumption patterns and segmentation to identify trends and opportunities.
- Utilize data to develop insights that drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Present findings and actionable recommendations to the marketing team and other stakeholders.
Email Marketing Campaigns:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute personalized email marketing campaigns.
- Use customer data to create targeted content that resonates with various segments.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize future efforts.
Customer Experience Analysis:
- Assess and analyze the customer journey to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Gather feedback from customers and utilize it to refine services and offerings.
CRM Software Management:
- Oversee the CRM software (Salesforce), ensuring it is effectively utilized and maintained.
- Manage data integrity and ensure accurate data entry and management.
- Train and support staff in using CRM tools and systems.
Engagement, Events, and Outreach:
- Plan and execute high-end events and outreach activities for VIP clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers.
- Provide exceptional VIP treatment, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CRM management, customer insights, or a related role, preferably within the luxury lifestyle or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in email marketing and campaign management.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
