Key Responsibilities- Oversee the outsourcing of marketing automation (MA) tool operations to external vendors, managing vendor relationships, holding vendors accountable for deliverables and performance, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on best practices for utilizing the MA tool within the context of CRM operations, including troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing campaign workflows.- Maintain an understanding of data schemas within the CRM system and how they relate to campaign management and automation processes.- Provide analytical support by leveraging the MA tool to analyze campaign performance metrics, customer behavior, and other relevant data to derive actionable insights, including understanding the downstream flow of data from the MA tool into other tools like Tableau dashboards or reporting systems.- Keep inventory of all automated campaigns managed in the MA tool and work with internal stakeholders to maintain the list of campaigns.- Keep abreast of updates and developments in the MA tool, providing recommendations for enhancements or improvements to maximize its effectiveness, and assisting in training internal teams on basic functionalities to ensure alignment with vendor activities and objectives.
求められる経験
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or related roles.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing automation tools. Experience with Adobe Campaign is a plus.
- Strong understanding of data schemas and structures within CRM systems, with experience in designing and implementing campaign programs.
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and overseeing outsourced operations, preferably in the context of marketing technology.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Certifications in CRM or marketing automation platforms are a plus.
