They foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, providing opportunities for professional growth and development within a supportive team structure.■Role & ResponsibilitiesAs the CRM and Client Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing client relationships across multiple channels (online, offline, and customer center). You will be responsible for aligning client objectives with local market strategies and empowering teams to achieve business goals. You will develop and implement omni-channel strategies to maximize the impact of digital initiatives on driving overall sales, improve CRM data capture and quality, and collaborate with diverse teams to achieve success. ・Proven experience in clienteling within a luxury retail or similar environment.
・Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions.
・Excellent communication skills in English (business level proficiency required).

・Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (a plus).
