■About our Client:Our client is a globally recognized luxury brand that consistently delivers high-quality products. The company fosters a creative team-oriented environment that embraces diversity and innovation.■Summary of the Position:As a CRM Analyst, you will leverage customer data to analyze trends and create strategic reports that contribute to the growth of the business. ■DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES・CRM Manager of the company or within group companies・Marketing & Communication Director■Main responsibilities:・Database Management & Compliance:Oversee the management of the customer database, ensuring full compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act.・Trend Analysis & Reporting:Conduct comprehensive analyses of customer trends and provide actionable recommendations, including improvements for all customer statuses, such as Very Important Clients (VICs).・Campaign Data Utilization:Deliver detailed customer data reports post-launch or promotion to support the optimization of campaign content and targeting strategies. Additionally, assist in developing One-to-Many communication plans with a focus on targeting.・Cross-Team Collaboration & BI Tool Sharing:Foster collaboration across teams by sharing analytical insights through accessible BI tools, enhancing decision-making processes.・Business Reporting Projects:Generate business reports from a customer analysis perspective as required by the President or Headquarters, contributing strategically to higher-level decision-making.
