In partnership with our client, an SSC leader in it´s market, randstad SSC is recruiting for credit management position.
...You role:
Ensure on time client invoices following all established procedures
Ensure clear and frequent communication with Client
Keep track of invoicing status: Proformas, Invoiced & Paid
Maintain proper archiving
Update client as per open balances and any queries raised
Client’s accounts reconciliations
Support and coordinate the closing tasks
Support audits
Engage with different disciplines inside SBM, to provide fully support to the Management
Liaises with client and operations teams as required to ensure smooth communication and planning
If you have:
Master’s degree in finance/accounting
3 years’ experience in an international related environment
Experience in Accounting within an international company
Good knowledge on Excel and ERP Software (SUN-Integra, IFS)
Analytical skills and critical thinking
Able to work with various internal and external stakeholders
Communication skills
Fluent English, and other languages are a plus
Ability to work with many stakeholders including non-financially literate ones
Ability to meet deadlines
Good communication skills

Able to cope with organizational changes, able to handle complex analysis, innovative
Flexibility for travels
