Actively manage credit risk exposure within the designated portfolio by performing risk assessments and monitoring counterparties. Facilitate business growth by implementing risk mitigation solutions that align with the company’s risk appetite and credit policy.
Engage proactively with external stakeholders, including funding partners and insurers, to secure their support for our risk framework, ensuring smooth asset distribution.
Deliver quality risk reporting at both portfolio and country levels, and complete ad hoc projects in specific areas or countries.

Degree in Accountancy, Banking & Finance, Business Management, Economics is a plus
Possesses a robust analytical aptitude centered on evaluating and adjusting credit risk.
Demonstrates excellent English verbal and written communication capabilities, with a track record of effectively collaborating across diverse cultures and in dynamic settings.
Exhibits a solid comprehension of financial statement analysis and trade finance and cross border trade
Works well within a team, displaying a proactive and positive attitude.
At least 4 years of credit underwriting experience is required
