The Tokyo-based team fosters an environment of collaboration, creativity, and a passion for pushing boundaries.■Role and Responsibilities:As the Creative Director, you will play a key role in shaping the brand’s visual identity and driving its creative direction globally. You will collaborate closely with the Global Executive Creative Director to develop strategic marketing concepts that align with business objectives while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.■Main tasks include・Brand Strategy Development: Partner with the executive team to create a strong core brand identity and execute brand-building initiatives across digital, retail, and packaging channels.・Creative Campaign Leadership: Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns, ensuring integration across all platforms including social media, e-commerce, print, and events.・Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including digital, visual merchandising, and packaging, to create a seamless 360° consumer experience.・Creative Direction: Lead the planning and execution of high-level photoshoots, oversee content creation, and ensure alignment with the brand’s creative vision.・Presentation & Leadership: Present creative concepts to senior management, representing the creative team in both large and small group settings.#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN
求められる経験
■Skills/Experience
・10+ years of creative experience in beauty or luxury.
・Excellent understanding of photography and advertising culture.
・Solid organizational skills, detail-oriented, time management skills, ability to juggle priorities.
・Understanding of current industry related trends.
・English is mandatory, mastery of Japanese is a plus
・An international work experience is a plus
・Proficient knowledge of Adobe programs Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign.
・Knowledge in motion design is a plus.
・Ability to work in a very fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
・A great portfolio showing high-end design work
■Soft skills
・Unlimited passion for beauty and luxury.
・A strategic mind, capable to imagine, express and articulate a campaign idea from conception to execution.
・Impeccable taste for design, typography and layout principles.
・Self-responsible, proactive and autonomous is essential.
・Team player & strong relationship-building skills: ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines and enjoys collaborating with positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
・The drive to excel and succeed, self-motivated and animated with PASSION.
