- Strong knowledge of the Secondary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Strong commitment and a positive attitude towards the role and objectives.

Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences across a range of subjects and year groups, following the school's curriculum and lesson plans
- Provide cover and deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects
- Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and school staff
- Adapt teaching strategies and resources to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of students in different classrooms
- Collaborating with other teachers and staff to ensure consistency in curriculum delivery and student support
