This role is available to commence as soon as possible.
You will cover classes in the short-term absence of teachers, who will provide work for you to supervise.

Responsibilities for the role:
- Manage and oversee classrooms while the normal teacher is not there Observe lesson plans and make sure students finish their given tasks
- Preserve a constructive and fruitful learning atmosphere
- Control pupil conduct and uphold school regulations
- As needed, give students help and guidance
- Discuss student development and behaviour with educators, parents, and school administration
- Make sure students are safe and healthy at all times
Requirements to be clear as a cover supervisor:
- Possess a minimum of six months of verifiable relevant experience working with children or vulnerable individuals
- Have the right to work in the UK
- 2 proven professional references
- Have a valid, enhanced DBS on the update service (willing to get one)
- Be a passionate practitioner with the desire to improve the educational outcomes for all pupils
- Have excellent organisational skills and be able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Be able to support and promote the ethos of the school
