Key Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom supervision in the absence of teachers, ensuring a calm and productive learning environment.
• Support the behaviour management strategy, assisting students to meet the school's high expectations.
• Offer guidance and encouragement to students, helping them engage with their work and develop positive attitudes towards learning.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and leadership to create a supportive and inclusive environment.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
• A calm and assertive approach, with the ability to manage challenging situations effectively.
• Experience working with young people in an educational or pastoral setting is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
