- Business Setup and Expansion: Lead the establishment of our China office, ensuring all operational, legal, and administrative aspects are efficiently managed. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and market penetration.
- General Management: Oversee all business functions, including sales, marketing, finance, HR, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with global objectives.
- Sales and Market Development: Identify market opportunities, develop sales strategies, and build a strong customer base. Leverage your extensive network to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and partners.
- Operational Excellence: Implement best practices to optimize business processes, enhance efficiency, and drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes innovation and excellence.
