This role reports to Regional HR Director.
They are currently seeking for an experienced Country HR Manager to manage and enhance their HR functions. This Country HR Manager will be playing a crucial role in guiding and developing the HR team.
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for efficiently and effectively guiding, coaching, and developing HR team members in their daily activities, ensuring adherence to established HR standards.
- Ensure compliance with national legislation requirements and establish or update local HR policies accordingly
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits teams to deliver professional HR solutions that align with business requirements.
- Oversee and ensure that all recruitment activities are completed in a timely manner, meeting and achieving talent acquisition metrics
- Establish and define HR department goals, develop and implement the departmental budget and plans, and allocate resources to monitor and manage the budget effectively.
- Ensuring all required reports are submitted on timely basis
- Responsible in providing recommendations for enhancing employer branding, fostering company culture, and boosting employee morale, while leading the HR department team in implementation
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary Education
- Minimum 8-10 years experience in HR within the manufacturing industry
- Great communications skills
- Great accountability
- Able to adapt to fast change management environment
- Solid knowledge on local labour law & regulations
