Responsibilities
What you’ll do here:
- Assist customers in person and on the phone/by email
- Help identify specific or alternate solutions based on requirements
- Entering sales orders and following up to make sure they get completed on time
- Create and follow up on quotes.
- Support the back of house and coverage - some picking / packing, lifting (must be able to lift up to 50lbs)
Qualifications
What you’ll bring to the table:
- 2+ years of counter sales or customer service experience required
- Electrical experience would be a strong asset
- Fluent in written/spoken English
- Knowledge of AS400 would be an asset
- Desire to learn and develop yourself
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail oriented
- MUST be able to lift 50lbs repetitively
