We're looking for an experienced Counter Sales Clerk to join a great team in Kanata. Working in the plumbing and heating industry, you'll get to apply your knowledge of this industry on a regular basis. As a Counter Sales Clerk, you will be expected to be a team player with top-notch customer service skills, and a great attitude! You will become an integral part of a busy team, and a large organization with locations across the city!


Advantages
50-52k/year starting salary, depending on experience
Monday to Friday - 6am to 3pm
2 weeks vacation + paid sick days

Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service
Determine needs of the customers and provide best possible solutions
Learn and keep up on knowledge of products and services offered
Recommend and suggest add-ons, replacements, or special products as necessary
Support other members of the team when needed


Qualifications
Experience in the plumbing industry is an asset
Bilingualism in English/French is also an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service skills
Able to pass a criminal background check
